What our patients say
„Discharge from Sf. Ioan hospital for my father. The Ambulanță Rapidă crew carried him up to the 4th floor, no elevator, without any hesitation. I recommend them wholeheartedly."
„Since the beginning of the year they have been taking me to hemodialysis three times a week. Not a single delay, and by now the crew knows me like a friend."
„My dad cannot get out of bed and I had no way to take him to his MRI by myself. The team carried him down, stayed with him at the clinic and brought him back to his room. A huge help."
„Transfer with a medical crew from Colentina to Fundeni for my mother. They spoke directly with both wards and handed her over to the doctors with her full file. Zero stress for us."
„They brought my mother from a hospital in Cluj-Napoca all the way home to Berceni. Hundreds of kilometers, with monitoring, rest stops and a crew that literally held her hand."
„My brother-in-law was brought back from Germany after an accident. They handled all the paperwork and the liaison with the hospital there — within days he was already admitted in Bucharest."

Frequently asked questions
What formula sets the price of a national journey?
A 350 RON base fare + 4 RON/km for unassisted transport, or 700 RON + 5 RON/km when the ride includes an emergency medical crew. Kilometers are counted round trip and we send you the exact total in writing before departure.
Do you cover the whole country?
Yes — we set off from Bucharest-Ilfov toward any of the 41 counties: hospitals, clinics, rehab centers or straight to the patient's home.
How long does an inter-county journey take?
It depends on where we're going. We give you the estimate by phone and time the departure so the patient reaches the destination at the desired hour — fixed-time admissions included.
Can medical supervision be provided on the road?
Yes, with an emergency medical crew on board: continuous monitoring, oxygen, administration of prescribed medication and controlled stops whenever needed.
Do you also drive on Saturdays or Sundays?
Yes, 7 days out of 7. For weekends, a 100 RON request fee is added to the base fares.
Need an ambulance today?
